Nice Amenities and Location the hotel's amenities were quite decent, and we really enjoyed the Wi, Fi service and parking spaces availability. Located in a prime area, it was easy to reach various well, known attractions and activities in the city. we had easy access to several restaurants and cafes.

the staff was poorly trained and not very helpful, and check, in took forever due to the unorganized system.

Another Broken Egg Cafe, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Even the Lafayette airport was not so far.

The hotel is located in the center of the most exclusive part of town, right on the river. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being in the heart of everything, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with marble baths and wet bars. the staff is attentive, giving helpful tips and even walking guests to their rooms. Guests also have access to amenities such as a private country club and continental breakfast.

The housekeeping staff could use some improvement in their attention to detail.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is also available for free, which is a great bonus for those with cars. The courtyard is nicely landscaped and provides a pleasant view.

The check-in process was confusing and there was no clear direction on which way to go. It felt old and in need of a facelift.
